Processing & Delivery Times Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Unless otherwise specified, items are delivered from a warehouse in the United Kingdom. Larger furniture items may require additional lead time — we'll contact you if this applies to your order.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Damaged or Missing Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If any item arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 48 hours at furnifur@passwithai.com so we can make it right.
